I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Christian Counselor who enjoys working with adults & couples in office and online. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds experiencing issues related to anxiety, depression, boundaries, stress management, relationships, military-life, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), parenting, childhood wounds, grief & loss, spiritual growth/development, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Together, we build a safe place for you to feel seen & heard while moving toward healing. When appropriate, I also enjoy incorporating humor in the process.
