Angelle Forrester, LCSW

​​​​I’m Angelle (pronounced On-Gel), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and respected. I work with women, students, and kids (8-18) who are ready to break the cycle and feel like themselves again. Because traditional talk therapy isn’t always enough to untangle deep anxiety or trauma, I use brain-and-body approaches like EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.). These tools are designed to help your nervous system finally let go of intrusive thoughts and old memories, helping you stop feeling stuck and start feeling safe.

My practice is fully affirming and culturally sensitive; every part of your identity is valued here. I keep a relaxed, genuine atmosphere in our sessions. My style is very collaborative and down-to-earth. I blend validation with honest feedback, accountability, and humor.
